Gathering of Grandmothers of Pacifica

Papatuanuku; Dedicated to the cleansing of the Waters of the Earth. Created for the The Pacifica Grandmothers Te Huihuinga Hakui. The Pacifica Grandmothers represent an alliance of prayer, education and healing for our Mother Earth, all her inhabitants, all the children, and for the next seven generations to come. The kaupapa of the the hui was to bring together elders from the Four Winds of the Pacific.

Materials:Pounamu, Huia Ochres, Red Soil from the far North, Raglan Black Basalt, Takaka Hill Lime Stone, Salt, Kauri Gum, Charcoal, Copper, Brass, Silver dust, East Coast Stone dust and pounamu dust.
